Hopi Hilili Kachina displayed at right.

Kachinas are often the centerpiece of any Native American collection because of the beauty of this art form. In order to ensure that the kachina you are purchasing is authentic, buy through a reputable dealer. You will enjoy your kachina more if you understand the story behind it and the background of the artist.

One of the most sought-after items in any Native American art collection, Kachinas make for a beautiful and interesting display in your home. Hopi Kachinas are carved entirely from the cottonwood root and no two are exactly alike. Each is painted to tell a story of the Hopi culture.  The intricate carving provides the detail which depicts the traditional dances which take place on the mesas throughout the year.

Blair's Dinnebito offers a large selection of some of the finest examples of kachinas.  Collectors, wholesalers and the general public is invited to browse our store.  Kachinas are priced between $200 and $7,000.
